What diamond size works best on my finger?
It isn't always the bigger the better when it comes to the size of a diamond. A few other factors may also contribute to how a piece of diamond is perceived on the wearer.

Slender fingers benefit from elongated diamond shapes like ovals, marquise, or pear, creating the illusion of length. Wider fingers, on the other hand, can be complemented by round, princess, or cushion-cut diamonds, offering a balanced and symmetrical look.
Different diamond shapes of the same carat weight impact perceived size. Round brilliant cut appears larger due to optimal light reflection. Elongated shapes like ovals and marquise create the illusion of greater size, while emerald and princess cuts may appear slightly smaller.
The choice of setting influences perceived size. High-profile settings like halo settings create the illusion of a larger diamond, while lower-profile settings like bezel settings may make the center stone appear slightly smaller.

1. Using an existing ring that fits you well, place a ruler in front of the ring to measure the inside diameter.
2. Match it to the closest size in the chart above. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
1. Cut a thin strip of paper or ribbon.
2. Wrap the strip of paper or ribbon snugly around your finger, then use a pen to mark where the strip overlaps.
3. Measure the marked strip with a ruler - ensure it’s exact and don’t round up! The ribbon or paper strip should be comfortable enough to slip on and off your finger easily.
