Shipping Details

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 3-5 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Hong Kong Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Hong Kong.

International Delivery

Shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout depending on the country. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.

You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
