What is the policy on orders and returns?

As each piece of Amme & Co. jewelry is custom-made to perfectly fit your unique story, we offer comprehensive after-sales service but do not accept returns or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding. We recommend booking an in-person viewing appointment or communicating via WhatsApp or email to ensure the piece meets your specifications. We are committed to delivering the highest quality and service to honor your trust.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?

Please email us at info@ammenco.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Orders begin processing immediately or may already be in production, so some changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Can I edit my address after the order’s been placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the shipping address. Please email us at info@ammenco.com with the updated address as soon as possible.
We are unable to change a billing address once an order has been placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping to select countries worldwide:

Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or due to customs processing, which is unfortunately beyond our control. You may contact your local customs office for additional information.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by checking your shipping confirmation email. Please note it may take 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.

When will my jewelry arrive?

● Ready-to-ship pieces: Allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

● Made-to-order pieces: Allow 4–6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and processing or shipping may take longer during peak and holiday seasons.

My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If you cannot locate your package, please email us at info@ammenco.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help locate your package or provide a solution.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” Be sure to check with neighbors or your building’s front desk, as they may have received your package.

Products & Materials

Are all of your pieces made with 18k solid gold and PT950 platinum?

Yes—all of our yellow gold or white gold jewelry are crafted in 18k solid gold and PT950 platinum, never plated or filled.

Why do you include the gold weight of each piece in the product details?

We share the gold weight of each piece because transparency matters. Many modern jewelry brands don’t disclose precious metal weights, which can make it difficult for pieces to hold long-term value. By listing gold weight, we give you clarity on the intrinsic value of your jewelry—measured in troy ounces, with a gold price that is consistent worldwide.

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

To ensure the best shopping experience, Amme & Co. offers the following after-sales services for Hong Kong customers:

1. Quality Assurance: If any defects (not caused by human damage) are found within 3 days of receiving your item, please contact us immediately (email: info@ammenco.com or WhatsApp: +852 6370 5605). We will promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Free Repairs: Within 1 year of purchase, if a diamond falls out or the jewelry is damaged due to non-human factors, we offer free diamond replacement or repair services. Please retain your proof of purchase and contact us to arrange.

3. Free Resizing: Within 1 year of purchase, we provide one free resizing service (e.g., ring size adjustment) if it does not affect the diamond setting. As each piece is uniquely designed, please contact us (info@ammenco.com) before purchasing to confirm if resizing is possible for your selected piece.

4. Custom Jewelry Policy: As each Amme & Co. piece is custom-made to fit your unique story, we do not accept returns or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding and are committed to delivering the highest quality and service to honor your trust.

International Customers

International customers outside Hong Kong can also enjoy after-sales services, but all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Where are your studios located?

Our studios are located in:

● Tsim Sha Tsui: 41-43 Carnarvon Road

● North Point: 343 King’s Road, Sun Tai Building

Some locations are just a few minutes’ walk from MTR stations.
Select 3–5 Amme & Co. pieces you’re interested in, then choose the nearest studio for an in-person viewing to find the perfect size and specifications.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
